Nic Stover

Nic Stover has a diverse work experience starting as a Construction Engineer II at Washington Group International from 2002 to 2004. Nic then worked at Tamarack Resort as the Vice President of Construction from 2004 to 2007. Following that, Nic founded Rubicon Development, a construction and development company focused on sustainable construction, from 2007 to 2008. Nic then became a Shareholder & Vice President of Marketing at M2M Communications, where they grew the company's staff and developed marketing and sales programs from 2008 to 2011. Nic later joined EnerNOC as a Regional Sales Director from 2011 to 2013, where they worked with over 600 customers to deliver energy efficiency solutions and secured utility incentives. Nic then became the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at CalCom Solar, leading the company to substantial growth and recognition from 2013 to 2016. Nic also served as a Public Speaker at various conferences and events from 2006 to 2020. In 2014, they co-founded Polaris Energy Services and served as the CEO & Co-Founder, leading the company's growth and recognition on the INC 5000 list. Nic Stover also ventured into the photography industry by founding Nic Stover Photography in 2017, capturing and inspiring people to connect with nature. Most recently, they co-founded Gridtractor in 2021, a fleet electrification services provider for farms.

Nic Stover earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, completing the program from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, Stover obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University, graduating between 1996 and 2001. Their education journey started at Roaring Fork High School, where they obtained a High School Diploma from 1992 to 1996.
