Aviva Gold

Aviva Gold currently serves as the VP of Employee Development and Strategic Operations at Polaris Healthcare, a position held since August 2021, and previously held the title of Director of Employee Development. Prior experience includes a decade as Lead Teacher at Yeshivah of Flatbush and a role as Program Coordinator at Aish NY from September 2007 to December 2009. Aviva Gold holds a Master of Science in Education with a focus on early childhood special education from Daemen University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Hunter College.
