Carrie Lovett

Director, Human Resources at TrustPoint Hospital

Carrie Lovett has been working in human resources for over 20 years. Carrie started their career as an HR Training Administrator at Middle TN Bank in 1986 and held that position for 10 years. In 1997, they became the Human Resources Manager at ProClaim, Inc., a healthcare medical billing company. During their 15 years at ProClaim, they were responsible for managing the company's human resources policies and procedures, employee relations, career development, coaching support to the leadership team, and full cycle talent acquisition. Carrie also oversaw the employee engagement, retention, compensation, and benefit programs for the company. In 2012, they left ProClaim to become the Regional Human Resources Manager at UHS, where they were responsible for managing the Human Resources activities of the Universal Health Services - Nashville Regional Office and assisting Behavior Health Residential Treatment facilities in the TN region and Foundations Recovery Network Addiction facilities as needed. In October 2019, they left UHS to become the Director of Human Resources at TrustPoint Hospital.

Carrie Lovett has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Trevecca Nazarene University in Leadership Management. Carrie is certified from SHRM in SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Carrie Lovett reports to Beth Goodner, CEO. They are on a team with Jonathan Uttz - CFO, Tara Coleman - Chief Nursing Officer, and Andrew Pierce - CMO.
