Ben Hernley

Ben Hernley is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the automotive and motorcycle industries. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Polaris Inc. since November 2012, Ben manages and develops a team of 12 Retail Experience/Sales Managers for Indian Motorcycle and Polaris Slingshot, overseeing operations in the Eastern United States and Canada. Previous roles include Associate Regional Manager for motorcycles and District Retail Manager for Indian Motorcycle and Victory Motorcycles. Prior to Polaris, Ben worked at Shell Oil Company as an OEM Production Account Manager Analyst and Marketing Analyst, supporting key account initiatives and coordinating marketing efforts. Ben's career began with internships at Jiffy Lube International and Wenger Feeds. Ben holds a degree in Marketing from Penn State University, with additional studies in Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, and Information Technologies.
