Ben Winkels

Ben Winkels currently holds the position of Sr. Director of Manufacturing at Polaris Inc. since March 2018, previously serving as Production Manager for both Snowmobiles and Lean, Insource, and Service. Prior experience includes serving as Value Stream Manager at Justrite Manufacturing Company L.L.C. from February 2016 to March 2018, and various roles at Newell Rubbermaid from October 2010 to February 2016, including Production Manager and Manager of Operations Excellence. Ben began his career as an Engineer in Division Lean Manufacturing at Daktronics from May 2006 to October 2010. Ben earned a Master’s degree in Industrial Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota State University, completing studies in 2009 and 2006, respectively.
