Brent Erspamer

Brent Erspamer possesses extensive experience in engineering and leadership, currently serving as Director of Engineering and Design Assurance at Polaris Inc. since February 2007. Prior roles at Polaris include Program Manager for the RZR, Design Manager for ORV, and Project Engineer, showcasing a strong background in product development and design assurance. Prior to joining Polaris, Brent served in the US Army from August 1999 to March 2009 as a Staff Sergeant, leading a platoon through high-pressure combat scenarios. Academically, Brent holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
