Dewayne Howell

DeWayne Howell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in environmental compliance, manufacturing management, and sustainability strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Environmental Compliance & Sustainability at Polaris Inc. since February 2016, DeWayne has developed and implemented worldwide strategies in this area. Previous roles include managing large teams and operations in various capacities at Polaris Inc., Husky Injection Molding Systems, and Teradyne Connection Systems. DeWayne holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, demonstrating a strong technical foundation.
