Fred Dock

Previous roles include Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Polaris, where Dock led efficiency improvements and new product launches, and various engineering positions at Caterpillar Inc., including Test & Repair Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor and Manufacturing Systems Process Supervisor, focusing on process optimization, lean transformation, and the implementation of ERP and manufacturing systems. Fred Dock holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bradley University.
