Kathryn Peper

Kathryn Peper is an experienced instructional designer currently working at Polaris Inc. and MedTrainer, where responsibilities include creating e-learning courses and developing training assets. Previous roles include serving as an ESL teacher at VIPKid and an internship advisor and academic advisor at Walden University, where Kathryn designed eLearning modules and collaborated with instructional designers to enhance student learning. Kathryn also gained experience as an instructional design intern at KeelWorks Foundation and held various roles in career services and academic advising at The University of Memphis and The Ohio State University. Academic qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design and Technology from Walden University, a Master's degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati.
