Keith Severson

Keith Severson is an experienced industrial design and program leader with a strong background in cross-functional collaboration, project management, and business development across various industries. Currently serving as the Industrial Design Program Leader at Polaris Inc., Keith drives vehicle programs through the early concept and design phases while connecting Industrial Design, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing. Previous roles include Director of Parks and Recreation for the City of Roseau, Minnesota, where operations and community programs were overseen, and ownership of EMBARC, a family outdoor gear business. Keith's extensive experience spans positions in aviation, marketing, and engineering, including significant contributions at Cirrus Aircraft, LEGO Group, and LM Wind Power, showcasing expertise in product development, customer engagement, and process optimization. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from the University of North Dakota.
