Mark Thomas

Mark Thomas is an accomplished organizational leader and development manager currently serving at Polaris Inc. as the Polaris Marine Organizational Development Manager since January 2023. With a diverse background in leadership roles across various organizations, Mark has previously worked as the NCAA Head Men and Women's Golf Coach at Crown College and the Associate Superintendent for Church Revitalization for the North Central District of The C&MA, where a strategic process for leadership development was implemented across multiple organizations. Mark's extensive experience includes serving as Lead Pastor at Mansfield Alliance Church and Buckhannon Alliance Church, where significant growth and revitalization were achieved. Additionally, Mark has excelled in leadership development roles with organizations such as Central District of the Missionary Church and the Christian and Missionary Alliance. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministries from Toccoa Falls College.
