Matt Kantrud

Matt Kantrud is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and project management, currently serving as Managing Director at Polaris Inc. since August 2020. In this role, Kantrud oversees the joint venture Northstar Precision in Vietnam, focusing on vision formulation, P&L management, and strategic execution. Previously, Kantrud held various positions at Polaris Inc. from 2005 to 2018, including Global Operations Program Manager, where revenue growth and operational improvements were achieved. Additional experience includes a role as Director of Project Management at Stellar Strategy, specializing in strategy design and project delivery across multiple sectors. Kantrud holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
