Minho Han

Minho Han is an experienced design engineer currently working at Polaris Inc. since January 2023, focusing on designing and developing new Powersports products while expanding expertise in Blow and Roto-molding. Previously, Minho held the position of Principal Engineer at Rather Outdoors from January 2021 to December 2022, where responsibilities included advising on product features and leading the development of Saltwater reels in collaboration with teams in China and Korea. A significant portion of Minho's career was spent at Zebco Brands, serving in various engineering roles from August 2003 to December 2020, where leadership in product specifications and development of Saltwater reels was a focus, alongside managing design data using Windchill and performing strength analyses with ANSYS. Early experience includes management roles at N3 Corp. and Banax, with an educational background in Mechanical Design Engineering, Business Administration, and International Business.
