Paul Underwood possesses extensive experience in business development and military leadership, currently serving as a Business Development and Sr. Strategic Sourcing Lead at Polaris Inc. since April 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing new product introduction and managing international supplier relationships. Concurrently, Paul serves as a Captain in the US Air Force Reserve, leading a team of technicians in the safe handling and disposal of military munitions. Previously, Paul held various leadership roles in the United States Air Force, including overseeing major operational responses and personnel development, with a proven track record of excellence in safety and performance.
