Ross Johnson

Ross Johnson, LCB, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Trade Compliance at Polaris Inc. since June 2022. Prior to this role, Ross accumulated extensive experience in logistics and global trade operations at Medtronic from December 2015 to March 2022, where the positions held included Logistics Manager for the Global Control Tower and various analyst roles. Earlier in the career, Ross worked at Target as a Logistics Analyst and Import Logistics Specialist from April 2012 to November 2015, and at Samuel Shapiro & Co. as an Import Account Coordinator from January 2009 to April 2012. Ross began the professional journey with a brief internship in real estate and financial research at Shanghai Forte Land Co. Ltd in 2008. Ross holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and has additional educational experience from studying abroad at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 2008.
