Shana Slettedahl

Shana Slettedahl is an accomplished Sr. Program Leader at Polaris Inc. since January 2013, overseeing a $50M program and leading a global team of over 120 engineering and support staff across six countries for the largest new platform launch in Indian Motorcycle history. Shana's expertise includes market analysis, consumer behavior study, and product improvement recommendations from prior roles as Product Specialist, District Retail Manager for Motorcycles, Noise Vibration and Harshness Engineer, and Associate Engineer. Previous experience includes managing a team as a Student Design Engineer at Minco Products, and leadership roles at Caribou Coffee and LZ Trucking Equipment. Shana holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from Iowa State University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and Iowa State University.
