Tricia Layde

Tricia Layde is a seasoned professional in global compensation and rewards, currently serving as a Compensation Partner at Polaris Inc. since May 2023, where collaboration with business leaders and HR partners is key to managing compensation programs. Prior to this role, Tricia held various significant positions at Smiths Group plc, including Global Reward Business Partner, Strategic Projects and Transformation, and Head of Global Mobility and Reward Projects, focusing on reward practices, organizational efficiency, and global mobility policy development. With earlier experience as Director Global Rewards at Smiths Medical and roles at Accenture, Barry Callebaut Group, Mondelēz International, McDonald's, and EY, Tricia has cultivated extensive expertise in compensation management and international business. Tricia holds an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BBA/BA in Business and French from Saint Mary's of Notre Dame, along with a French language certificate from Université catholique de l'Ouest.
