Tyler Koloski

Tyler Koloski has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tyler currently works as a Sourcing Lead at Polaris Inc. since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Collins Aerospace as a Senior Analyst in Procurement from 2021 to 2023. At Collins Aerospace, they were responsible for monitoring supply/demand gaps and coordinating with different teams.

Before joining Collins Aerospace, Tyler worked at Trystar from 2015 to 2021 in multiple roles. Tyler served as an NPI Costing Estimator and a Supply Chain Buyer, where they managed procurement and sourcing activities for various commodities. Tyler also worked as an Operations Coordinator, overseeing job creation and production planning efforts.

Tyler gained valuable experience as an Operations Intern at Northern Metal Products in 2015, contributing to process improvement projects and collaborating with different teams. Tyler also had an Operations and Logistics Internship at Great Northern Equipment Distributing, Inc. in 2014, where they focused on inventory management and productivity enhancement projects.

Earlier in their career, Tyler worked as a Sales Associate at Dunham's Sports from 2012 to 2014, where they developed strong interpersonal communication skills and product knowledge. Tyler also served as a Camera Operator and performed various duties for Alexandria Blue Anchors in 2013.

Tyler's work experience also includes a General Labor role at Precision Drywall from 2010 to 2012, where they learned important skills like work ethic, integrity, and responsibility. Tyler began their career as a Cashier at Dairy Queen from 2007 to 2010, providing excellent customer service and operating the cash register.

Tyler Koloski attended Delano High School from 2006 to 2010. After graduating from high school, they enrolled at North Dakota State University in 2010 but did not declare a specific degree. Tyler then transferred to St. Cloud State University in 2012 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with an Emphasis on Operations in 2015.
