Dean Blume

Dean Blume currently serves as the Head of Revenue Operations & Growth at Polaris I/O and is an Executive Member at Pavilion since early 2024. Previously, Dean held the position of Vice President of Growth & Marketing at Vivvix from 2021 to 2024, where leadership focused on the North American advertising intelligence growth strategy post-acquisition. Prior experiences include roles at Kantar as Client Assessment Lead and Product Manager for Special Projects, contributing to the development of enterprise-level SaaS platforms and successful product-led growth initiatives. Dean's early career featured positions in product management and account direction, anchored by a B.A. in Organizational Communication and Management from Western Illinois University.
