Bryan Debshaw

Bryan Debshaw is currently the CEO at Polaris Laboratories. Prior to that, they were with IUPUI from January 1994 to December 1999 as the Small Business Development Center's Senior Business Consultant. Bryan's work revolves around helping small business owners and has analyzed business concepts for over 650 clients. Bryan also has experience in developing financial structures and modeling innovative financing opportunities.

From March 1989 to August 2019, Bryan was with the Indiana Air National Guard as the 181st Intelligence Wing Inspector General. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the inspections of all units in the 181st Intelligence Wing. Bryan has a wealth of experience in both the private and public sector and uses their skills to help businesses grow and thrive.

Bryan Debshaw's educational career includes a Master of Business Administration from Auburn University and a BS in Management Finace from Indiana State University.
