The Company operates through five subsidiaries: Adresseavisen Gruppen AS, a publisher of Adresseavisen and a number of local newspapers in Mid-Norway; Harstad Tidende Gruppen AS, a publisher of local newspapers in the regions of Vestfjorden and Finnmark; Polaris Media Nordvestlandet AS, a publisher of print editions of newspapers and provider of digital services covering the regions of Sunnmore, Romsdal and Nordfjord, and owner of a number of local radio stations; Polaris Trykk AS, a printing company; and Other, comprising the activities of Polaris Ejendom AS, a property management company. The Company's titles include Fosna-Folket, Sor-Trondelag, Sunnmoringen, Fjordingen, Troms Folkeblad and Harstad Tidende, among others.
