Lindsey Brickle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce development and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Workforce & Community Partnerships at Polaris MEP, Lindsey has focused on creating and enhancing workforce programs for under and unemployed individuals in Rhode Island, particularly in Advanced Manufacturing. As an independent contractor, Lindsey has provided strategic project management and development consulting for various nonprofit organizations across New England. Previous roles include organization development consulting for the Community Boating Center, climate displacement research for Refugees International, and project analysis for the City of New York post-Hurricane Sandy. Lindsey holds a Master of Arts in Sustainable International Development from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University and additional credentials in GIS from Brown University.
