Kimberly Davis is a skilled Human Resources Director with extensive experience in creating positive employee experiences and streamlining HR processes. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Housing Up since March 2023, Kimberly previously held various leadership roles, including Human Resources Manager and Director at Polaris, where oversight of a 140-person staff took place. Kimberly’s earlier roles include Human Resources positions at Greater Baden Medical Services, Inc., Paul Public Charter School, Children's National Medical Center, and Child Trends, with significant achievements in employee benefits administration and recruitment management.
