Kelly Whitaker

Kelly Whitaker is a seasoned pharmacist with extensive experience in clinical pharmacy services. Currently serving as a Consultant Pharmacist at Polaris Pharmacy Services since April 2020, Kelly has previously held the position of Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services at Strawberry Hills Pharmacy from June 2019 to April 2020. Prior to that, Kelly worked as a Pharmacy Clinical Service Manager at Walmart from April 2016 to June 2019 and spent eight years as a pharmacist at Gibson's Pharmacy from June 2008 to April 2016. Kelly holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from the University of Kentucky, obtained between 1995 and 1999, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Mathematics from the University of the Cumberlands, completed from 1991 to 1995.
