Frank Schmidt

Frank Schmidt has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Frank currently holds the position of Principal at POLARIXPARTNER GmbH since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Manager at Porsche Consulting from October 2018 to December 2021. Before that, they held the role of Head of Cost- and Value Engineering Powertrain/Chassis/Metal at AUDI AG from November 2015 to September 2018. Frank also has experience at ZF Friedrichshafen AG, where they served as Head of Cost Management Division P from July 2014 to October 2015, Head of Supplier Management Division P from November 2011 to June 2014, and Head of Supplier Development Plant Saarbrücken from January 2002 to October 2011. In addition, they worked as a Quality Manager Purchased Parts at Gentherm former WET from August 1998 to December 2001, and as Head of Quality Management at Ecofill GmbH from October 1994 to July 1998.

Frank Schmidt attended the Universität des Saarlandes from 1988 to 1996, where they earned a degree in Werkstoffwissenschaften (Materials Science) as a Diplom-Ingenieur.
