Inês Pais is a seasoned professional in CRM and customer retention, currently serving as CRM Lead at Polarsteps since October 2025. Previously, Inês held the position of Retention & Monetization Manager at SkyShowtime from January 2024 to September 2025, where initiatives focused on subscriber retention and monetization. Inês has extensive experience as a Senior Growth Consultant at Phiture, leading Retention & CRM projects across diverse industries, and as a Mobile Marketer at data.ai, where insight-driven marketing strategies were developed. Earlier career roles include Supply-Side New Business Manager and Supply-Side Account Manager at Hang My Ads, as well as internships in art-related fields. Inês holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from the ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management and a Bachelor's degree in Art History from the Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
