Simon Morris

Simon Morris has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Simon began their career as an Analyst Programmer at First National Bank, and later worked as a Web programmer at Internet Commerce Technologies. Simon then returned to First National Bank as a Web Development and Support Manager, where they successfully upgraded and consolidated multiple legacy Intranet sites.

After the acquisition of First National Bank by GE Money, Simon became the Web Development and Support Manager at GE Money Home Lending. Here, they managed the development and support of various e-commerce applications, including a large-scale mortgage-decisioning website. Simon also took on the role of Design & Development Leader, overseeing teams responsible for the design and development of strategic program initiatives. Simon's responsibilities included vendor and supplier management, budget control, quality assurance, and development schedule planning.

Simon later joined DX (Group) plc as the Head of Solutions Delivery. In this role, they managed DX's internal and third-party development and support teams, which spanned across a wide range of applications. Simon also assumed additional responsibility for the internal DBA team and QA teams.

Currently, Simon is the Head of Solutions Delivery at Pole Star Space Applications, where they oversee the delivery of solutions. The specific end dates for some of Simon's roles are not provided.

Simon Morris earned a BA Hons in Business Studies from the University of Portsmouth. Simon attended the university from 1989 to 1993.
