Brigitte Marchand is currently a Change Management Associate at Polen Capital. Prior to that, they worked as a Python Removal Contractor for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission from January 2018 to August 2021. In this role, they were responsible for surveying and removing invasive Burmese Pythons from both state and federal lands including Everglades National Park and Big Cypress National Preserve, collecting and submitting data from surveys to help further research for the eradication of this invasive species.
Before their work with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Brigitte was the Office Manager at IMT Crossfit from January 2017 to December 2019. In this role, they were responsible for the operations and procedures of the business, handling memberships, payroll, supplies, and all day-to-day necessities. Some of their duties included overseeing staff, receiving clients, advertising, merchandising orders, sales, and overseeing maintenance of the facility.
Brigitte is a dedicated and hardworking professional with a passion for helping others. Brigitte is currently using their skills to help manage change at Polen Capital, but they have also demonstrated their ability to handle complex situations and projects through their previous work experiences.
Brigitte Marchand has a Master of Science in Information Systems from Florida International University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from the same school.
