Charlotte Åström has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Charlotte is currently working at Polestar as the Global Head of Digital Customer Lifecycle since January 2024. Prior to that, they were a Manager at Polestar, responsible for the Digital Product Area - Financial Services Partners from April 2023 to February 2024. Before joining Polestar, they co-owned Mana Consulting ehf. from April 2020 onwards. Charlotte served as the Head of Customer Engagement and CRM at VÍS Insurance Ltd from January 2021 to April 2023.

In 2012, they earned a Certificate in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School. In 2010, they received a Diploma in ICF Professional Coach from CoachCompanion. Additionally, Charlotte completed the ZOOM - DFDS Leadership Program in 2010 and the Leadership Program from TUC Management in 2006-2007. Prior to their higher education, they attended Sigrid Rudebecks Gymnasium from 1995 to 1998.
