Claudia Moench Ottosson

Claudia Moench Ottosson currently serves as the Head of Global HR R&D, UKI and Talent Acquisition at Polestar since March 2024. Previously, Claudia held various roles at Volvo Cars from 2016 to March 2024, including Talent Management in PX Engineering & Operations and People Experience Lead for Global Procurement. Claudia's career also includes significant experience at Software AG as Director Business Operations for the Nordic region, as well as roles at IDS Scheer focused on resource management and consulting staffing across the DACH/EMEA regions. Claudia began professional efforts as a Contract Manager at Daimler AG, managing customer leasing contracts. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Applied Languages from Universität des Saarlandes and a Graduate degree in Business Administration from Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie des Saarlandes, along with recent studies in Innovation Leadership at the University of Gothenburg.
