Justin McCarty

Justin McCarty is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and military leadership. Currently serving as the Order to Delivery Manager for North America at Polestar since January 2021, Justin has held various roles including Planning, Order, and Distribution Manager. Previously, Justin worked as a Global Supply Manager at Tesla, focusing on supplier evaluation and contract negotiations. With nearly a decade of service in the US Army, Justin held multiple leadership positions, including Brigade Fire Control Officer and Battery Commander, where responsibilities encompassed planning, execution, and management of fire support operations and personnel. Justin is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Columbia Business School, building on a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
