Monika Franke

Monika Franke is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and leadership development. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Management and Leadership Development at Polestar, Monika oversees initiatives to enhance the talent pipeline and strengthen leadership capabilities. Monika also holds the title of Chief Human Resources Officer at Polestar, responsible for people experience, HR products, and global policies. Prior experience at Volvo Car Group includes roles such as VP of Human Resources for Product Development and Senior HR Manager for the Swedish market. Monika's education includes an Executive MBA from the University of Gothenburg and a BSc in Behavioral Sciences and HR Development.
