Niclas Carlsson

Niclas Carlsson is a seasoned professional in digital collaboration, currently serving as the Service Owner for Digital Collaboration at Polestar since March 2022, overseeing tools such as Microsoft 365, Miro, Slack, SendGrid, and Figma. Prior to this role, Niclas held various positions at DQC AB from February 2014 to March 2022, including Tech Lead and Digital Workplace Lead, and served as a SharePoint/Office 365 Solution Architect and Consultant Manager. Niclas began a career in digital solutions at Knowit AB and Logica, focusing on SharePoint consultancy and application management within the paper industry. Earlier experience includes a role as a Data Consultant at TNS Gallup. Niclas holds a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from the University of Gothenburg and Halmstad University, completed between 1998 and 2004.
