Patrik Nordberg is an experienced marketing and digital transformation leader with a strong background in enhancing customer experiences and e-commerce strategies. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Brand and Marketing Experience at Polestar since June 2021, Patrik focuses on developing the company's digital presence and customer journey. Prior to Polestar, Patrik held various leadership roles at ICA Gruppen from September 2011 to June 2021, including Director Customer Journey, where responsibilities encompassed digital transformation, omni-channel strategies, and user experience design. Earlier career experiences include management positions at go mobile, Layerlab AB, Midorion AB, and TWSN, where strategic marketing and business development were key focuses. Patrik holds two M.Sc. degrees in Entrepreneurship and Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology.
