Ruben Rodriguez Bosch

Ruben Rodriguez Bosch is an experienced design professional currently serving as Head of UX Design at Polestar since January 2023. Prior to this role, Ruben held the position of Head of Digital Design at CUPRA & SEAT S.A. within the Volkswagen Group from May 2021 to November 2022. Ruben's notable experience includes working at the Volkswagen Group of America Innovation and Engineering Center California, where responsibilities involved creating future product visions and strategies focused on new mobility and user-centric design. Other significant roles include Digital Design Manager and Interior Components Design Leader at SEAT, where leadership was provided for various design initiatives, including user experience for infotainment systems and interior components. Ruben’s professional journey began with roles in design and modeling, including as a lecturer and graphic designer. Ruben holds a degree in Transportation Design from the Istituto Europeo di Design.
