Sophie Rossing

Sophie Rossing is an experienced professional in sales and customer experience, currently serving as the Head of Sales for Sweden at Polestar since October 2020, where responsibilities include Order to Delivery for Europe, OTA & Software Upgrade CX, and Global Customer Service. Prior to Polestar, Sophie worked as a Management Consultant at Knowit and held various roles at Pon from May 2015 to September 2019, including Head of Customer Experience, focusing on customer-centric value creation. Sophie's background also includes positions at CEVT, Pon Power, Meltwater Group, and Leepeckgroup, with a strong emphasis on market analysis, CRM processes, and sales management. Education includes a Master of Science in Digital Leadership from the University of Gothenburg and a Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Management from Bournemouth University.
