Sungwoo Kang

Sungwoo Kang, CPIM, currently serves as the Deputy Head of Commercial Operations and OTD Manager at Polestar since September 2022. Previously, Sungwoo held positions at Porsche Korea from May 2019 to September 2022, including Sales Planning Manager and Head of Supply Chain, managing vehicle supply chain operations, logistics, and vendor management. Earlier experience includes a role as Delivery Operations Specialist at Tesla, where Sungwoo excelled in vehicle delivery planning and operations, achieving top satisfaction metrics in the APAC region. Sungwoo's career began at Toyota Motor Korea, followed by logistics roles at LG Household & Health Care and internships at the Port of Portland and Tamoda Apparel Inc. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Inha University and an exchange program in International Business at Deggendorf Institute of Technology.
