Tom Verschaeren has extensive work experience in customer service and aftersales consulting roles. Tom is currently the Head of Customer Service at Polestar since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Aftersales Consultant at BMW-MINI Vandeperre from June 2017 to January 2021. From August 2015 to January 2021, they worked as an Independent Consultant at Verto and Senior Consultant at Carya Group from August 2015 to November 2016. Tom also has previous experience with BMW Group Belux, where they held various roles including Regional Manager After Sales and After Sales B&L Advisor from 2010 to 2015. Prior to that, they worked as an After Sales Services Expert at BMW Group Belux from 2007 to 2010 and as an AS Manager at Kroymans Corporation from 2005 to 2008.

Tom Verschaeren has a degree in Human Education.
