Jeanly Punn has extensive experience in customer service and operational management within the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as the Regional Head of Customer Service for ASEAN & ANZ at ACCA since March 2019, Jeanly previously held various leadership roles at Rentokil Initial, including Regional Head of Customer Care and Regional iCABS Support Manager for Asia. Prior to that, Jeanly worked as the Operational Excellence Manager for Greater China and as the Regional Operational ICABS Manager for Asia. Early career experiences include roles at HSBC as a Global Support Executive and at Rentokil Initial Malaysia as a Credit Controller. Jeanly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from Universiti Tenaga Nasional, completed in 2004.
