David V. Roth

David V. Roth has extensive experience in law enforcement and insurance representation, serving as a Licensed Insurance Agent for the Police and Firemen's Insurance Association since August 1994, while also holding roles as an Investigator at R & D Solutions LLC since April 2023, and as a Detective and Patrolman with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department for over 21 years. Roth's law enforcement career includes significant duties in operations, traffic, administration, and investigations, alongside contributions to data collection and dissemination at the Indianapolis/Marion County Information Services Agency for nearly 30 years. Additionally, Roth demonstrated leadership as Chairman of the Board of Helping Hands for Freedom for a two-year term. Academic credentials include two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sociology from the University of Notre Dame, earned from 1987 to 1991.
