Lawrie Zabow

Lawrie Zabow is a seasoned professional in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as the People & Culture Business Partner at Police Citizens Youth Clubs NSW since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Employee Relations Adviser and Employee Relations Adviser at BIG W, as well as Senior Project Officer in HR at Cancer Australia. Lawrie has also worked as an HR Advisor at Study Group and Arc @ UNSW, and held various HR positions at ACARA. Initial experience includes serving as a Fair Work Inspector at The Fair Work Ombudsman. Lawrie holds a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, a Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW, a Diploma in Human Resources, and a Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety.
