Matthew Harman

Matthew Harman has an impressive background in law enforcement and research, holding roles such as Senior Principal at Police Executive Research Forum and Police Officer at Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia. Harman is highly educated, holding a Master of Science from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Arts from Temple University. As Senior Principal at PERF, Harman directs the Senior Management Institute for Police program.
