Hassy Patel

Hassy Patel has diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Hassy is currently the Head of Strategy at the Police Federation of England and Wales. Prior to this, they were a European Capacity & Allocations Senior Manager at L.E.K. Consulting from 2021 to 2022. From 2011 to 2020, they worked at Willis Towers Watson as a Resource & Talent Management Professional, where they oversaw the deployment of professional consultants and spearheaded the rollout of a Global Resourcing Tool. Before that, they were a Resource & Projects Manager at CSC UKI (previously Xchanging), focusing on resource planning for a global insurance software practice. Hassy also served as a Resource Planning Manager at BBC, where they directed a team of creative staff and contractors. Hassy'searly work experience includes roles as a Resource Manager/Office Manager at Denovo New Media, iXL, and Scient.

Hassy Patel completed the Level 7 Advanced Resource & Talent Management qualification at CIPD in 2019. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1996, Hassy attended the University of Lincoln and obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Financial Services with a 2:1. Additionally, Hassy obtained the Power BI Essential Training certification from LinkedIn in October 2020.
