Neil Fletcher

Neil Fletcher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Head of Product at Policy Expert since February 2023, Neil has also been the Managing Director at QUALITYCONNECTED LTD since 2015. Previous roles include Senior Product Manager at Wrisk, Head of QA and Principal Consultant at ThoughtWorks, Test Manager at EDS, and QA Coach at Nonlinear Dynamics. Neil began a career in testing at AIT after earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from the University of Kent, where studies were completed from 1994 to 1997.
