Nicola Sedgwick

Nicola Sedgwick is the Quality Practice Lead at Policy Expert since October 2023. Nicola is the Founder of SEDGWICK MEADS LTD since December 2012 and the Managing Director of Culturli since July 2010. With a background in physics, Nicola has held various roles such as Lead Agile Coach at Cazoo, Technical Consultant at Gamesys, and Agile Coach at Hyperion X. Nicola has also worked as a Product Manager at The Independent and Dugout Limited, and as a Workday Test Consultant at This is Global. Nicola co-founded Test Ninjas in May 2014. Nicola obtained their Master of Business Administration from thePower in August 2022 and holds a 2:1 MPhys degree in Physics from the University of Kent.
