Senior Director Of Operations at Policy Reporter

Alison Skoda has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Alison started their career in 2011 as a Human Resources Administrator and Corporate Social Responsibility officer at SynteractHCR, where they were responsible for various HR tasks and initiatives. In 2012, they took on temporary administrative roles at the New Zealand Law Society, New Zealand Qualification Agency, and Ministry for Primary Industries. Alison also served as an Executive Assistant at the Royal New Zealand Plunket Society, Inc. from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, they joined Track Record Global as a Senior Regulatory Compliance Assessor, later becoming an Assessment Team Manager and Project Manager/Product Owner. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Technology Coordinator at the College of Massage Therapists of BC. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Operations at Policy Reporter, since August 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Department at the same company from June 2019 to August 2021.

Alison Skoda completed their A Levels in Biology, Mathematics, and English at Theresia-Gerhardinger Gymnasium am Anger from 1996 to 2006. Alison then studied Marine Biology at the University of Aberdeen from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree. Additionally, they pursued further studies in Marine Biology at The University of British Columbia from 2008 to 2009, completing a Bachelor's degree.
