Tracy McIlrath has a diverse work experience spanning from 1998 to the present. Tracy started their career at Medtronic, where they held the position of National Coordinator. In this role, Tracy successfully managed teams and collaborated with external clients in the medical reimbursement field. Tracy also played a key role in organizational development and strategy.
In 2008, Tracy joined Compass Montessori School - Jeffco Public School, where they served as the Head of School from 2011 to 2013 and as the Board of Directors President from 2008 to 2011. In these positions, they demonstrated their leadership skills by managing a large public charter school across two campuses. Tracy implemented a critical change plan to resolve challenges in leadership, governance, and finance.
Tracy later worked at Coppertree Services, Inc. as an Executive Success Partner. Tracy supported clients in all phases of organizational development, with a focus on the medical reimbursement industry. Tracy formed a partnership with Canary Insights, LLC in 2014 to enhance their expertise.
Most recently, Tracy joined Policy Reporter as the Director of Business Solutions, Pre-sales Support in November 2020.

Tracy McIlrath holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Regis University between 2004 and 2006. Tracy also has additional certifications in Leadership from Regis University, which they obtained in December 2006, and in Human Potential Facilitation from People House LLC, which they acquired in August 1997.
