Jen Elder

Jen Elder serves as the Director of the SAMHSA Homeless and Housing Resource Center at Policy Research Associates, Inc., where Jen is responsible for strategic direction and national training and technical assistance activities focusing on homelessness and behavioral health. Prior experience includes roles as the Assistant Director and National Policy and Partnerships Coordinator at the SAMHSA SOAR TA Center, where Jen managed contract deliverables and prepared national policy guidance. Jen's background also includes outreach work at Park Center, Inc., and project management at St. Mungo's Housing Association in London. Currently, Jen is pursuing a Master of Arts in Human Rights at the School of Advanced Study, University of London, following a Master of Science in International Development from SOAS University of London. Educational history includes a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
