Terri Hay

Terri Hay is a Program Area Director at Policy Research Associates. Terri has over 25 years of experience in the field of mental health research. Terri began their career as a Project Coordinator at Nathan S. Kline Institute for Psychiatric Research in 1992. Terri held this position for nine years before moving on to Policy Research Associates, where they have been working for the past 16 years.

Terri Hay completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta.
