Hilary Felton is a seasoned public health policy professional with a proven track record in helping clients identify strategies and leverage activities to shape market landscapes in order to turn policy into business opportunities, increase access to health interventions and ultimately provide better patient outcomes.

Over the last 15 years she has focused on infectious diseases, including herpes zoster, RSV, HIV, COVIS-19, meningococcal disease, hepatitis, HPV, influenza pneumococcal disease, dengue, norovirus, adult vaccines, and hexavalent childhood vaccines. She has additional experience in non-communicable diseases including projects spanning mental health, oncology, and diabetes.

Hilary has also worked on macro health issues including digital health, science of patient input and patient centricity, universal health coverage, pandemic preparedness, healthy ageing, life course immunization, value-based healthcare, health technology assessments, health equity, sustainable healthcare systems, and innovation.
